Physical Requirements: This tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or serious medical conditions. Boarding and disembarking a RIB (rigid inflatable boat) requires a certain level of agility, especially if weather conditions change.

Safety & Cancellations: The tour may be cancelled at any time if weather or sea conditions do not allow for a safe trip. The skipper also reserves the right to cancel the tour if the crew/guests are deemed unfit for travel (e.g., intoxication, drug use, or altered mental/physical states).

Refund Policy: * If the tour is interrupted or cancelled due to the guest’s responsibility (unruly behavior, intoxication, or unfitness to continue), NO refund will be issued.

If the tour is cancelled or interrupted due to force majeure (sudden weather changes), a full refund will be provided or, if the guest prefers, an alternative date will be offered.
